Polygon Solutions Inc. is among the distinguished list of winning recipients of the eighth annual Manufacturing Leadership 100 Awards.  Polygon Solution’s new Premium Rotary Broach Holder project was selected by Manufacturing Executive, the global community for manufacturing leadership and producer of the Manufacturing Leadership Summit and ML100 Awards program. The Manufacturing Executive portfolio of services (www.manufacturing-executive.com) also includes the Manufacturing Leadership Council and the Manufacturing Executive Leadership Journal.

Polygon Solutions Inc. is a Florida manufacturer of unique rotary broaching tools for the turning industry. The new Premium Rotary Broach Holder is an adjustment free model, and boasts technological advances in pressure relief technology and maintenance free bearings unlike any other in the marketplace. The popular tool is used to reduce secondary operations when machining hexagon and square holes in precision metal products, and is sold online (www.buybroaches.com).

In December 2011, Polygon Solutions Inc. was nominated for the award. An independent judging panel chaired by David R. Brousell, Vice President & Editorial Director, and Jeff Moad, Executive Editor of Manufacturing Executive, reviewed project and individual achievement nominations, and the winners were decided by a panel of qualified judges from various companies and organizations in the manufacturing industry.

Polygon Solutions will be honored and presented with its award for Innovative Enterprise for the Premium Rotary Broach Holder project at the Awards Gala, held on the last day of the Manufacturing Leadership Summit, taking place April 29-May 2 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.  More than 200 manufacturing technology executives are expected to attend.

As a start-up company in 2010, Polygon Solutions Inc. decided to focus on designing and manufacturing new innovative machine tool products for today’s advanced turning machines. This first project involved designing and manufacturing a new premium broaching system to expand the capabilities and capacity for the average machine shop and the precision machining industry as a whole.
